Reengineered from the ground up, the 2026 Lexus ES introduces a new platform and a new-generation spindle body, which is crafted to embody the ideals of electrification. This marks a bold evolution in Lexus design language. Clean exterior proportions highlight the beauty of the Lexus ES and its flowing silhouette. Lexus ES sedans have a trunkless profile and sharply tapered rear cabin. Enhanced shoulder contours improve aerodynamics for the Lexus ES, which has a taut side shape. The sharply defined spindle shape extends from the hood to the bumper corners. Horizontally oriented fenders are out front.

Twin L-signature lamps have inward-facing daytime running lights and outward-facing turn signals to form a double signature, while the rear of the Lexus ES features a new L-signature LED taillamp. The single light bar is integrated with the illuminated Lexus logo.
